Warning About Dealing with ПП «ВУД ЕКСПОРТ УКРАЇНА»
We would like to share our very negative experience of dealing with ПП «ВУД ЕКСПОРТ УКРАЇНА».
Our company made an advance payment for the lumber we ordered. Despite receiving payment, the supplier never loaded or delivered the agreed goods.
Throughout our dealings, our main contact was Ihor Perkin (Игорь Перкин). We have retained his contact details, correspondence, payment records, and other information confirming our communications and agreements.
For approximately six months, we were repeatedly promised that the lumber would be prepared and shipped. The delivery never took place. Communication later virtually ceased, and our inquiries no longer received proper responses.
Based on the information available to us, the same individuals may also be conducting business through other companies. We therefore recommend that prospective buyers carefully check both the company and the people they are dealing with.
